About Us

Zach Norman is originally from Sheboygan, grew up in Plymouth, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Missouri. Throughout college, he learned to bake bagels from scratch at a local bagel shop. Zach and his wife Allison, have 2 children. 

 

Zach has worked as a general manager, in factory production, as a customer service department director, and has insurance and automotive sales experience. Zach believes the combination of his life’s experiences puts him in a great position to deliver a consistent quality product/service and take Hi-Lo to the next level.
